What personal data we process

FlipVerbs processes only minimal personal data:

• Navigation data — anonymised usage statistics collected via analytics tools
• Contact data — name and email when you contact us directly
• Cookies — as described in our Cookie Policy

We do not process sensitive personal data (dados sensíveis) as defined in Article 5, II of the LGPD.

Legal basis for processing (Art. 7 LGPD)

• Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) — anonymised analytics to improve the educational experience
• Consent (Art. 7, I) — non-essential cookies
• Contract execution (Art. 7, V) — responding to your messages

Your rights under LGPD (Art. 18)

Data retention

Personal data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with Article 15 of the LGPD.

International data transfers

When data is transferred outside Brazil (e.g. to analytics providers), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by Article 33 of the LGPD.

If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) at www.gov.br/anpd.
